Jamaican catering service levels

Choose the Right Jamaican Catering Service for Your London Event

Not every event needs the same level of catering support. Choose a simpler food-only option when you are happy to manage serving, or discuss staffed and fuller service when you want more of the catering operation handled for you.

Option 1

Food Only

Option 2

Food and Serving

Option 3

Full House Service

Three levels of support, depending on how much you want us to handle

Not every event needs a full catering team. Some clients only need professionally prepared Caribbean food delivered, while others want help with setup, serving and the wider catering operation.

Food Only

Prepared Caribbean food is delivered for your event. You, your family or the venue team handle the setup, serving and clearing of the catering area.

Food and Serving

A more supported option where catering staff assist with setup and serving, reducing the amount your host, family or venue team needs to manage during the event.

Full House Service

The broader service option. The current service structure includes food, staffing, equipment, setup, service and clean-up, with the exact scope agreed around the venue and event requirements.

How to choose the right level of catering support

Think about what will happen after the food arrives and who will receive it, set out the buffet, serve guests and clear the catering area.

  • Who will receive and set up the food?
  • Will guests serve themselves or need support?
  • Does the venue provide staff or equipment?
  • Are there fixed setup and clearing times?
  • How many guests are expected?
  • How much do you want to manage personally?

The venue can change which option makes sense

A home party, community hall, wedding venue and corporate office can all need different levels of support. Access times, kitchen facilities, loading, serving space, venue staff and clearing rules can affect what is practical.

Food Only

Hot Jamaican food is prepared and delivered, while you or your venue team handle setup and serving.

Food and Serving

A more supported option for events where you would like catering staff to assist with setup and serving.

Full House Service

For events requiring broader support, the current service structure includes food, staffing, equipment, setup, service and clean-up. Exact inclusions should be confirmed in your quotation.

Catering service questions

Useful answers before choosing your service level

What is the difference between Food Only and Food and Serving?

Food Only is the simpler option: the food is prepared and delivered, while you or the venue team handle the setup and serving. Food and Serving adds catering support around setup and serving, so there is less for you to manage during the event.

What does Full House Service mean?

Full House Service is the broader service option for events that need more catering support. The current service structure includes food, staffing, equipment, setup, service and clean-up. The exact scope should be confirmed in your quotation because venue requirements can differ.

Which catering service is best for a party at home?

That depends on how much you want to manage yourself. Food Only can suit a straightforward home celebration if you are happy to set out and serve the food. If you want more support on the day, Food and Serving or a fuller service may be more suitable.

Do I need catering staff for a buffet?

Not every buffet needs catering staff. Smaller or simpler events may be comfortable with food delivery only, while larger guest numbers, formal venues or tighter timings can make serving support useful. The right choice depends on the event and venue.

Can I change the service level after I request a quote?

The service level can be discussed while the event plan is being finalised. If your requirements change, tell us as early as possible because adding staff, equipment or setup support can affect availability and the final quotation.

How do I know which service option to choose?

Think about who will receive the food, set it up, serve guests and clear the catering area. If you already have people or venue staff handling those jobs, Food Only may be enough. If you want the catering team to take on more of that work, choose a more supported option.
